Q. Do you have availability for ??? dates?
A. Simply click the “Book / Check Availability” button on the top right of page, you can choose your pitch and book online.
Q. We do not have PayPal, are there other ways to pay?
A. When you go through the booking process you will find instructions on other ways to pay.
Q. We may arrive late, how do we gain access?
A. You will find entry instructions on your final payment email receipt.
Q. We wish to book more than one pitch, can this be done?
A. When you have filled in your details and before proceeding to payment you will see an “add to booking” button on the top left of the screen, use this to add more pitches.
Q. We wish to alter a booking, what do we do?
A. Please email from the contact page, include your surname and arrival date.
Q. Is pitch number ? flat?
A. All our pitches are relatively flat, it depends on your expectations, we are a touring park.
Q. The weather forecast for our visit is really bad, can we have a refund?
A. If you are worried about the weather please do not book too far in advance. Other than mid-summer and bank holidays we can normally fit people in. We do not offer refunds due to weather.
Q. We cannot find the “Tent with EHU” area on the site plan?
A. It;s just off the picture on the right.
Q. We have not had our final balance request yet?
A. It will arrive automatically five days prior to arrival.
Q. We may wish to stay another night or nights, is this OK?
A. If there space it’s fine, but you may need to move to another pitch.
Q. Do you accept Club Rallies?
A. Yes we do but the full amount is payable on booking, you will receive a 10% discount on 5 or more pitches. Email for more information
Q. We would like a seasonal pitch, do you offer these?
A. We are no longer taking on seasonal customers.
Q. We booked a pitch which on arrival is not big enough, what can we do?
A. We strongly advise reading the pitch description, it has the pitch size and whether it is large enough for an awning etc, it rarely possible to move you on arrival day.
