- We take a 20% deposit which is non-refundable, if you cancel more than 30 days from your arrival date and have paid in full we will refund all but the deposit.
- Bookings made with less than 7 days to your arrival date are payable in full.
- Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days to arrival date are payable in full, i.e if you have paid a deposit and cancel your balance is due in full, likewise if you have paid in full we will not refund monies if cancelled within the 14 day period.
- You cannot check in before 12 noon on your arrival date as we cannot guarantee your pitch will be free, we ask that you vacate your pitch by 11am on your departure date.
- Most bookings are taken online where customers choose their own pitch number, we we urge you to read the pitch description and view any photographs as it is unlikely we can move you on arrival day.
- The site has well defined areas for tents, campers are not permitted to pitch tents in any other areas.
- Motorhomes and Caravans must go to the pitch they are allocated and position their unit as per arrival instructions.
- Dogs are most welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Please be considerate to other residents and keep noise to a minimum, especially early morning and after 10pm.
- Outside gatherings are not permitted from more than one unit / pitch, music is not allowed outside your unit.
- BBQs are permitted, but must be kept off the grass and extinguished when done. Please do not BBQ when it is too windy.
- If you choose to leave early for any reason other than a medical emergency you will forfeit any monies paid.
- If you are worried about the weather please do not book too far in advance. Other than mid-summer and bank holidays we can normally fit people in. We do not offer refunds due to weather.
